I speak from the heart that I needed this talk from you. As I write this, I'll be assigned to my first patient for care-giving and I needed to have my mind set for the task. Vision - I think about the client's overall wellness and how I could serve the client with bringing more to his life that he can enjoy. Empathy - With trying to put myself on his shoes I can understand that he will need a lot of patience and understanding as I serve him and in time earn his trust. Commitment - As I start my journey along this path, I'm not only committed to giving him the best of what I can give but also create a relationship with him. Adaptability - Although this will be my first assignment, it won't be the only one. Each client will have different needs and I want to prepare myself by watching this video again if need be to be more familiar with your message and understand it from the 2nd time I would hear it. Thank you Garry! Your light shines well and with a little more confidence you could impact even more people with what you are doing. :)

Hello, Miguel! Thank you so much for your feedback. I can't even begin to tell you how much it means to me. I must say that the message is a partial reflection of my growth journey thus far. For a long time, I had wanted to share with others, regardless of their field of work. With your messages, I am getting a sense that it is resonating well with others. I concur in terms of my confidence level to deliver this message. I am working on improving myself in that regard. I wish you much success with everything you get to do as you serve others.

This is just great. Thank you for this talk - Taking Quality from it's (boring) process orientation to its true meaning - relations and influence!

Garry, I'm so proud of you! This must have been nerve racking but you did great. You sounded more confident after the pause for the exercise. Also, some of the quotes used are very powerful and on point. Quality presentation sir. Thank you! Keep it up.
