I'm looking for a small condo. I prefer not to be on the first floor because I think the upper floors have more privacy and better views. Everything I have been seeing for the past year has been first floor. I know some people like the first floor because they don't want stairs. I appreciate your comment about the upper floors being more secure.

Sometimes first floors can be nice if they have a patio etc and are secure but some people prefer higher up for the views and security.

i think the design elements look good. laminate/wood looking floors, the counter choice & fireplace accent. the layout is fine... if you want a big kitchen you wouldn't be looking in that complex anyway. updated enough and clean looking.

@@JeffLeighton1 exactly 🤷‍♀️ Everyone loves getting hung up about a kitchen being too small, but its a small property comparable to an apartment. Kitchen look great & will be functional enough for the types of buyers a home like that will attract.

I think you should have knocked down that small closet in the master bedroom and just added it on to the walk in closet.

Did you have the ability to move walls around or did everything have to stay the same in terms of placement of the walls? I would have moved the closet with the water heater to be accessed from the hall with the bedroom and bathroom and instead made a small closet from the space within the room itself.

With some condos you can but generally speaking you have to keep the same layout.

Is it expensive to make windows bigger? I just bought a duplex and upper unit windows are very small and makes space dark

2 bedroom 2 bath is not too bad. I've seen some studio condos that are like 350 square feet.

Yeah I would have gotten rid of it however the other ones that sold for a high price also had the popcorn ceiling so I just decided to keep it.
