@@seasquirt22 i found a vid, I think kuular was the channel name. It explained the basics. And no it doesn't hurt anymore, but it took me about a week before I stopped coughing instantly.

I plan to travel to Mongolia and Kazakhstan on my next trip!

Alash are great, I love them, too❤! I found out they performed at the Library of Congress in the US, and then gave an interview there, and Sean Quirk interpreted from Tuvan (a guy from the US moved to Tuva only because he wanted to study throat singing, and lives there until now, it's amazing:) )

Hey, there is a few mistakes in the video, Hanggai is from China, Skald is from France who sings with Icelandic tones and Heilung is made up with different members from Germany, Danmark and Norway ;)
