Now Toll Brothers... knows how to build Las Vegas homes right , in my opinion .. I like that modern desert home look & mid-century modern , palm springs home look , as well . They need to build this style more in Las Vegas in every price point ...Love these homes 🏡 ...These Toll Brothers Homes right here make you want to move to Las Vegas . I especially love high ceilings in the kitchen and living area . Those 16 foot ceilings , and the treatment on the ceilings ... I love 💕 it . Yea they got it right on this one . I wish they could make some houses are townhomes like this in 300’s - 400’s .... with rooftop deck for entertaining space with views ... going back to Toll Brothers , I can definitely give props where props are due .... they got it right on this home 🏡

Mr. Chakis Krulsawat, Location, Location and Location (subject: perimeter tankless water heaters), I agreed with you on perimeter location of tankless water heater, is unique. Upon reading pros & cons, reviews, KZbin, online, the main grievances seems to be time delay on hot water, heating process, exiting out to faucets (bathroom, shower, etc.), most of these reviews were of townhomes, 2 story residence with tankless water heater located in garage area but with the perimeter location, my only concern was winter frost (yes, even in Las Vegas), more research reveals the issue is said to be addressed, manufacturers have build-in some type of freeze protection in their units. My apologies for delay on subject with your previous request for comments on this, Grandkids, hahaha!!!! Still learning and still enjoying, Thank You! P.S. Mr. Krulsawat, is just me or is the Las Vegas real estate market starting to plateau? Short lived, I'm sure but just wondering?

Always loved Toll Brothers properties. They show very well. I just wish the home sites had more space between them. Like a half a lot between you and your neighbor for privacy. Also wish the pools were larger so you could actually swim in them rather that just wade. I'm with you though. Blue Heron is my favorite builder edging out Toll Brothers. Keep'em comin Son!
