The reality is different. What you will get is way lower level, otherwise you should pay 2.5M. All floor will be carpet. Cost of solar is not added, but you are responsible. Backyard is dirt, it is mandatory to be fixed in 6 month that costs are on you. Even gutters are not functional. Basically it is a beautiful scam to me.
