I love the deep side pockets on the Utillikilt. I can comfortably carry a Cold Steel Espada XL clipped to my side pocket and it just disappears (until/unless needed).

These kilts seem to have evolved into more like a fustanella type garment. You should try a Basque beret too they are awesome!

Multiple cultures have had some variation of a kilt. Scottish of course, Irish, British, and Greek are the ones that spring to mind first.

+David Grover Very small groups of Irish nationalists, Welsh nationalists, and South-West English nationalists began wearing kilts to weddings in the 20th century. These kilts were of course made in Scotland, as kilts have absolutely nothing to do with Ireland, Wales, or England. The Greek fustanella is not a kilt, just as this abomination is not a kilt.
