Most NYC townhomes are like that. If you want views, you have to live in a high-rise. It's a compromise. However, luckily, that's a problem I won't have to deal with as I don't have $30 million to spend on a home.

that's the famous Maritime Hotel, I think - it's actually a pretty good view. They filmed on a rainy, overcast day, so there isn't that much light but on a sunny day, there should be plenty.

Big is public, not private. I think it's essential to show a place's natural light,.different parts of the day. brightness is clean but unwelcoming, aloof. The house owns you, itis not a home: better break it up into different quality spaces which can easily be customized by an individual or family.

LOL not only are there typos in the title and an annoying tack on of an upper east property before the Chelsea one begins, what they don’t tell you is that they knocked down a historic working class building to put this little mansion in between two other working class buildings across from the Maritime Hotel which is across from what used to be a community of low income housing… Yes Chelsea is changing but this is a way to put yourself under the spotlight having way too much money

Is not decor... is staged (search the differences), they're neutral canvas so buyers can vision and fit their own personal decor in there, they have their own art collection sculptures etc so the stage helps fit that instead of competing with their own decor, that's why they don't use decor on houses because decor is personal
