This house is damn near perfect for my taste. I would only change the texture of all the rocky walls on the interior. I'd cover it all up with some type of luxury stone, like marble or granite.

The outside of the home and the size of it at the beginning of the video had me thinking this was going to be awesome. What a let down. The interior of that house is nothing special at all. The pool looks like something from the 1970's. Awful.

Like the drone views, yet wasn't impressed with the lighting inside the home. Needs to be staged with the fire places going. A place like this needs a VO to add to the selling points like SQ footage, bed/bath numbers, amenities.. price point doesn't need to be present thou I wasn't Wow'd and for me to spend 4-5 million I would need to be Wow'd..

Agreed! Turn on all the lights to give the best impression of the otherwise somewhat dark interior... And shake the plant and remove the dead leaves before the video shot (0:59) so you don't have it dropping leaves in the shot; and straighten the carpet (1:27) - even if it's not selling points, attention to detail should still be priority when you're presenting a US$10mio home
