I was involved in occult practices. I spoke to the dead, not knowing they were demons, and did divination, and used ouji board and taro cards. I didn't know these things were an abomination to God. I was raised Catholic, never actually read the bible, and often saw Hollywood shows, showing what appeared to be good or even Christian people engaged in these practices. Examples of shows that did that were the andy Griffith show, little house on the praise, I love Lucy, etc...Hollywood does that to make you not fear these very dangerous practices. I wound up with a massive demonic infestation in my house. I saw them, heard them, smelled them, was paralyzed & tormented & burned by them. My bed shook under me constantly, and I felt hands literally lift me up from below. Hands covered my mouth, they shredded a bible that was under my bed, they burned holy water brought into my house. They set my bed on fire & pulled a truck off the road & tried to drive it high speed through my house to kill me. Thankfully I knew the Lord's name from childhood church & cried out to Him. His name had power over the enemy. I began to read the bible & was horrified to find out how serious my sins were. I came to a true and TOTAL repentance for all my sins, and dedicated my life to the Lord. I found a church to help me cleanse my house, get baptised & I have been worshipping Jesus ever since, and that was 4 years ago. I am no longer under attack, and the Lord has restored all the enemy destroyed. Thank you Jesus for your merciful heart & for the cross!

heather w. Amen! Same thing happened to me recently. Lots of paralyzed sleep ( but awake) as demons raped me , rubbing their fingers down the side of my face. It was insane. Jesus is my Lord and Savior and has been since I was 16 but I recently started looking into (what I thought were) simple things like crystals, talking to mediums that were born psychic I was born with psychic gifts as well so I didn’t “really” think it was if the devil. I think it's something that is intended for use by God for intercession prayers, but the devil uses it to get God's children to open doors to him and his demons instead. So, I’ve recently found Pastor Jeff here on KZbin. And I just thought I’d tell those of his local flock how very lucky they are to have a man of such discernment, such compassion, such intelligence and experience as the man who guards your souls from temporal corruption. I say this as someone who was brought up in the Roman Catholic faith. One who was all too aware of the terrors committed in the name of Jesus. And as one who, sick of the history that they refused to own, left the church sickened by the acts done in the name of the eternal God. But that wasn’t the worst of it. I allowed my disillusionment to not only drive me from the church but to adopt an agnostic world view. Because of the acts of his supposed “representatives” I blamed the all powerful God of the unrighteousness acts of His supposed followers. I delved into the old religions of my forefathers. That of the Norse gods. And although I didn’t believe in the actuality of them or their acts, I idolized them and their supposed revelations. This led me to runes and their false answers. Anyway.....I call on anyone who hears the Truth that Pastor Jeff preaches as the very Word of God. Because of his past trials and tribulations, he understands the things you may be going through. It’s only recently that I’ve become aware of his ministry and I have rejoiced at his knowledge and passion for the Word of God and the superiority of Jesus. Please, hear him and his warnings. He obviously loves you all and wants nothing but the best for you. From what I see, he preaches the very Truth of God in love, whether from the pulpit or from the street. Dr James White and you Johnny Mac are the three brothers that God in His Sovereignty used to bring me from a life long raising in the Pentecostal movement over to the Doctrines of Grace. It all started with The Strange Fire Conference that admittedly made me so angry. I set out to study to prove Pentecostalism was correct and Calvinism was dead wrong. I started finding many contradictions and was so confused. I cried many times realizing everything I was taught by my dad the pastor was so wrong. I stumbled upon Dr James White here on KZbin and during a dividing line he mentioned your name and ministry. It didn’t take long and I became a Calvinist. Thank all of you for your love and devotion to the word of God and proclaiming the Gospel. And yes I stayed in the “Cage Stage” for quite some time. Michael John Williamson thats the problem with church denominations, dividing and confusing the body of Christ. I know this probably means nothing bc I am a stranger but i am glad you have a new found peace and comfort in living your life. A true fruit of the spirit. I Come from a pentecostal experience as well and its not about religion, the church im in now is christian, and the move of God is the same. Only difference is the people dress a little differently, i hold a few convictions that i learned in the pentecostal church and apply it to my life because i feel it is of God and edifies me. Church or God is not about religion, that's simply too limited. There are too many people branched thru different forms of Christianity that are truly the light of Christ portrayed. Consider the parable of the tree that wasn't bearing fruit, opposed to cutting it down they dug around it. Sometimes we grow in one place for a time, and when we are stunted spiritually, Jesus will loosen the hardened dirt around us that suffocate our roots so that we can live abundantly. Pentecostalism and Calvinism aside God is so good. God bless you.

If I had an hour long message to explain my personal encounter on this subject, I still could not cover it to where any reader could comprehend the magnitude of it. Knowing of Jesus is not the same as knowing Him. The same is true for the demonic realm. One can read about it, observe, study, encounter, and still never grasp it. I went to private bible school. I began covering the bible entirely, annually, in 1st grade. I know the word, but nothing prepared me for having a possessed mother-in-law with 6 demonically infested children. 2 things - the last days are as they were in the days of Noah & Satan appears as an angel of light. While I am very grateful to any man of God who studies & tries to teach his flock on this subject - as most do not - I am also saddened that many get it wrong. It's like childbirth - unless you've lived it, you'll never understand the adjectives used to explain it, nor will you have a true understanding of it. What is wisdom? Learning from those who have experience. I assure you this - the highest level of the possessed are not those who manifest obvious symptoms. Those are its victims. The most dangerously possessed, are those who appear to be perfectly sane & healthy, yet are surrounded by people with emotional issues, infirmities, unsolvable behavioral issues &/or suicides or other untimely deaths, normally attributed to their own choices, etc. Satan's greatest accomplishment, is in his ability to deceive men into focusing on his targets' manifestations, rather than those who caused it.

That's what I learned. There is a difference between darkness/depravity and iniquity/lawlessness. The way I explain is: a crackhead is depraved(darkness), a pedophile elder is iniquity(false light). The scary thing is how many people are completely unaware and don't care. I'm sure you know that's why some require fasting and prayer, darkness was created by God and is moved for His purpose, but iniquity rebels against His name and resist.

Wow! This message started playing automatically after a video I had listened to, and I couldn’t stop listening to it. Praise Jesus for strong, faithful men of God leading His sheep like this! I didn’t know of the term KST before this teaching - I have heard of many, many people in the holistic wellness world use “muscle testing” which is exactly what this is, but done on oneself or on someone else. I finally looked into it recently, because it always raised a red flag in my spirit when I would hear people talk about it, and I found out after a bit of research into it, that muscle testing is completely occultic. So also beware of a practice called “muscle testing”. And look into things that give a warning to your spirit! 💚

I’ve been a Christian my entire life(saved at 11, and baptized at 13.. I was super shy so it took a lot for me to get in front of people) but I want to tell you how much I appreciate you and what you do! I have learned so much in just a few days of watching these videos it’s amazing! I have sinned(as everyone has) and have watched videos online of seances and scary haunted things that I thought well this has to be made up.. I felt guilty after watching them which should be a sign not to ever watch or try to learn about those things.. it’s so hard today becaue it’s everywhere .. from horoscopes to seances and what not. I’ve had insomnia my entire life but for the past few years I’ve had the worst nightmares(I can’t even tell you how scared I am waking up catching my breath or screaming/talking) and I think it’s becaue of things I have watched possibly.. hippiekarl7 I have contemplated just getting rid of the tv altogether but I’ve found a way around the garbage. We sit as a family watching sermons, worship music and the occasional brainless show (cooking, documentaries, Christian story, etc.). People of the world probably think we’d lost our minds but we are filled and joyful. We don’t miss the social engineering one single bit. I love it when my 7 year old tattles on a show, explaining what she knew was inappropriate. It gives me an opportunity to teach her something.

Well there really is "nothing new under the sun" I suffer from Fibromyalgia which is now and was extremely difficult to understand. I've been treated like a criminal in the medical field. Now they have understanding, but in the 1960s when my father was suffering from it, not only did he have to live in extreme pain, he was mocked. This charleton had my dad pay him 100s of dollars in the early 70's so that at 7pm every evening they would think about one another and my dad would be healed. Sick people are desperate and easily to exploit, that the devil knows it's a soft challenge.

So crazy, other than the fact this sermon had a lot in it that God has been showing me lately in the bible, specifically in Deuteronomy chapter 18.. But as you were talking about dowsing and getting yes or no answers the first thing that popped in my mind was something I'd been trying to figure out for months that my chiropractor had done to me, and I've been trying to research it since it happened. So when you talked about dowsing i tried looking that up with chiropractor stuff, still couldnt find anything. Roger Kubik I strongly advise you to check out #StevenBancarz . He was a New Age guru and gave it all up for Jesus. He was radically saved and his KZbin channel is exclusively dedicated to exposing all things new age. I’ve watched all of his content and I recall him explaining contemplative prayer very well. I believe some Catholics are practicing this. Check him out. You won’t be sorry. He has a high IQ and is a wonderful speaker.

I find it amazing how you have a grasp on dousing, as in a yes/no answer or communication. This is the exact language of computing. Computers are not natural, and are used to obtain information from anywhere, Google map you can vicariously remote view. We're going to have to walk away from all this comfort and convenience. We've never actually had safety and certainly don't now. Our leaders have wars for mass sacrifice, to cause suffering and death, there is no high moral ground for any of the wars we're fighting, most of them are wars against ideas. They will never stop, and have conditioned us to believe so many lies that it's impossible to get any truth without the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Discernment. There's a total flip side to this though. YHWH works with men, can give men the knowledge of the future(not concerning themselves for selfish reasons) , interpret dreams, give blessings, cast out devils, heal the sick and lame, withstand the attacks of the Enemy, speak boldly with the Spirit, Move mountains if they have to be moved. If you have a personal relationship with your Heavenly Father thru His Son Messiah Jesus the Christ, ask and it shall be given, knock and He will listen. These are the Gifts of El Elion and the enemy has perverted all of God's Goodness, turning the Truth into Lies and Lies as Truth. While it may seem that the occult world is powerful and it is, very much so, but Jesus already finished the War, were still catching up in time, but it was finished on the Cross, and God Almighty is more powerful than all of His Creation put together. Brothers and Sisters we are going to have to make a hard choice about wether we will continue to live in Babylon mind, body and spirit, or forsake the world and the trash in it. Return to a way of life that will seem crazy to those who are still lost.

Thank you so much for posting this video on KZbin! Occult practices have so infiltrated our society and culture now that, for the first time, I found myself questioning whether some of them were OK. I needed to be reminded of God’s word and truth on this subject. I also realized that, even though something might work, or appear to work, it doesn’t make it right in gods eyes. Maybe some aspects of quantum physics are true, for example. It doesn’t matter. God’s word is clear about not messing with it. Another analogy came to mind as well. Gods relationship with his people is referred to as a marriage, husband and wife. Dabbling into some of these things and thinking it’s OK, it won’t hurt anything, is like being married and then spending significant amounts of time alone with someone of the opposite sex and thinking it won’t hurt anything. It always will to some degree. Thanks again for this video.

I'm glad you're tackling this, I get tired of modern occultism and the like. Only two streets from me there's a pub that has fortune tellers perform every week or so. Speaking of honesty, I am a struggling addict, even tho I havnt used in years "I will always be humble because I have to be" i believe that drugs open doors to certain "things". And by things I mean demons, and I've seen some very strange things indeed. I think some of the things I've seen have actually made my faith in my lord jesus christ even stronger tho. Jesus died for me,then saved my life after all the dumb selfish things I did, and for that I owe him everything. Anyway my point is dont learn the hard way like me, the ten commandments and the message jesus preaches is not just to make you "be a good person" it's to protect you! When I was a child, I had a natural aversion to even touching books that most people would see as benign (for example, my mother would read Stephen King books, she also had books like “The Exorcist”, etc., laying around. My ex-husband took me to some fruitcake vegetarian Dr in Pittsburgh, many years ago. The guy had a radio show and really impressed my ex. He did not tell me about the Dr, but I went to please my ex. It had such a weird vibe and I could type out the whole weird story, but it was creepy, he hurt me, and I ended up praying throughout the ordeal, asking for protection, as I had no idea what I had walked into. He used a nurse to ask questions of my body. I had no idea what was going on. By the end of the visit, the Dr was in a great hurry for me to leave. I think the bad vibe went both ways.

Michael Dowland me too!! All Pharmaceuticals are bad not just psychotropics. I was put on Medication when I was a young child for petit mall a barbiturate for ten years! This set me on the path of mental illness and needing more meds to correct that problem. I’ve been on psych meds for 20 years and without them I get very very ill. There’s great danger in getting off these types of meds and many don’t survive it. I’m a very strong bible believing Christian and this is a very difficult and sad thing for me because I feel so shackled and don’t know what to do!!!

My husband and I had a lady pray with us one time. She paused and said, “Hold on, let me see what I’m getting.” She said she saw me with a necklace around my neck and asked if anyone had recently given me a necklace. We had recently gone on vacation and a lady that makes jewelry had given me a necklace on the beach. The lady that “prayed” with us went on to tell us the necklace was cursed and we needed to get rid of it. I now know that it was not the Holy Spirit working in her that gave us that information :( A spirit of divination This same lady also told us she saw colors around people. When I questioned her about it, she said she didn’t know how to explain it and then changed the subject.
