I feel like a lot of people just forget that Task Force 141 aren't supposed to saints, even going back to the original Modern Warfare trilogy. OG MW2 literally has a scene that shows Ghost getting ready to torture a guy with a car battery and jumper cables. They were always morally gray. Task Force 141 is a group that has accepted the responsibility of occasionally having to do unsavory shit and carrying any guilt that comes with that for the greater good. The idea that they wouldn't be willing to torture a drug peddler for info that could save MILLIONS of lives is fucking laughable. This reboot series was hyped up as being dark and gritty yet Activision is too fucking cowardly to actually fully see it through.

Play Ghost Recon Breakpoint instead. It's great now, the ultimate edition is cheap if you use Ubisoft plus to get it. If you want immersive tactical shooting action, that's a game I would highly recommend. (Now, years later after they've fixed it)
