Step 1 : Listen to MDB Step 2: Transcend dimensions, the ether and the cosmos Step 3: Realizing the higher truth of existence and purpose Step 4: Thank the universe that a band like this exists ! Ive listened to alot of bands in my life, but this band truly makes me feel like i dont need any sort of physical pleasure to stimulate me or be happy...truly an ecstatic experience in the realm of music. God Bless you MDB and thank you for channeling such amazing works of art into this plane of existence.

Bask in the irony that a physical stimulation (music, aka, sound) can make you realize you don't need physical stimulation (music, aka, sound). The paradoxical nature if your post hurts my head! In all seriousness though, I really do like this band. =)

For me the one that did it was Plini’s solo in Water Drops off MDB’s EP The Ocean Atlas. After I heard that song as a whole I started looking for more music that made me feel as good as that solo did. I found Electric Sunrise by Plini and Crush by Polyphia. Check them out

Wake up in the early morning for a usual run Same old shit on the streets Let's listen to new MDB My god this is good Breathing in the cold air but slowly warming up Trash everywhere, dirty streets Dry fields due to water shortage in Cape Town Run to my usual boring resting spot, slightly early than normal Be there for sunrise for a change MDB still playing (Timelapse track starts playing) Spot suddenly appears different Everything radiates green in the sunrise Fresh air hits me 15:43 Realize that this album can make anything more beautiful than it ever was and see the true potential of beauty in everything Thank you
