I cant express how much this music means to me and how its gotten me through such awful times, From my best friend having cancer and catching shows at the Emerson with him in our youth between treatments , To when one of my other close friends was murdered, i had some of my lowest times with this music and some of my best. Getting blacked out drunk on a 5th of crown royal with this album on repeat wishing the pain would stop. The cinematography of this video is beautiful. I didn't expect this cd as a whole to be so emotional and I was SO pleasantly surprised. The progression of this band corresponded with the changes in my own life and that means the world to me. Landon's beautiful lyrics and Mathis' direction made for one of the most endearing musical experiences that I have had in awhile. I admittedly illegally downloaded this cd, did a full album jam sesh, and then promptly bought the fucking cd from Amazon. I now get to listen to this forever and it makes me so happy. My only gripe is that TPIY isn't on tour here in Saint Louis, Missouri. This shit hole of a town would be so much better if you guys came here. I would literally pay 50 bucks to see this played live.
