My husband was a fantastic electrician and outside work, but other things inside, I did a lot of it as far as basic repairs. My Daddy taught me instead of my brother, I think they were too much alike.😊

My wife uses red totes and tops for outside and green for indoors. Here Walmart has pallets of mulch already. We have stack our Christmas decorations in a garage we have on our property since we have no basements in Florida and the attic gets way too hot in the summer. Great job Aaron! NICE,! Wise choice on the smaller totes. I use large long totes which are great in that they hold lots of decorations. Problem is they are stored on top of a metal shelving unit, Up tall. I’m 76 yo , live alone,and handicapped. I’m unable to reach or carry the totes and unable to put up Christmas decorations. I miss them.😢. They have a lot of memories involved with them. Hope you and your family had a Happy Holidays and Happy New Year! Nice of your husband to build you a wonderful storage rack to hold your totes. BE SURE TO LABEL THE TOTES!

If you find all the strands of lights getting tangled in storage - I have found it helpful to place each strand in its own ziplock bag. The bags can then be reused year to year until they fall apart.

Suggestion: light storage Cut cardboard into and H shape and coil cords on it. It keeps cords separate and untangled. You can cut a slit to keep the end piece locked in place and keeps it coiled.

Pleased to see you’re getting better Jessica. Take it easy though. I’ve noticed you have Indian spices. During winter I drink daily a spice infusion. Grind into powder (roughly if you like): cinnamon bark, black pepper, cardamom and cloves. Every morning (put in a cup/water bottle) 1/3 teaspoon of this powder, add 1/3 teaspoon of powdered ginger, pinch of dried Rosemary, add boiling water. I drink this tea throughout the day, adding hot water. This tea keeps your chest warm and cleared of build up of mucus. Don’t make too much as the fragrance will dissipate over time and not a pleasure when drinking. I like my spices roughly ground because as it softens throughout the day the aroma is just divine. wishing you all a fantastic 2025. 🇦🇺 fan.

Happy New Year Jessica and Aaron. Love the shelving for all the totes. I have orange and brown totes for my Halloween and Thanksgiving decor and a purple one for Easter. I have so many clear totes and green totes, though labeled, it's hard for others to find what I need. So I ordered colored masking tape. Still taking down my Christmas. Hope you are feeling better.
