2024 BMW i5 M60 - High Five for the i5

As an EV owner I feel 250 miles/400km is sufficient as long as you have plentiful level 3 chargers available for road trips. As for charging speed, anything above 150kw is fine for me since I stop at 80% to avoid the slow rate above 80%. It’s a different mindset than a gas car where you are used to filling the tank to 100%.

My cousin who resides in Canada just picked up his 2024 i5 M60 today. Please confirm that we in the United States will not get the 4-zone digital climate control in the rear? What happened to the door sills? No more illumination?

@@Modern.Motoring and for Steph? Please say it's still the i4, Steph. The bold front makes a statement, doesn't it? With a number plate running through the centre, it does break up the big expanse. The more conventional i5 kidney grills are so huge now that they look kind like giant nostrils?

I’d still go for the i4 over the i5 if space wasn’t a factor. It’s sleeker in design, more affordable, and in my opinion the better overall package! -S.
