The swing occurred due to the success of cultural short stories eg music movie & meme over the last three generations. this is so weird because I agree with most of what Malice says, but I think politics should _only_ be a mechanism of resolving disputes let's say your neighbor builds a fence three feet onto your property. Under liberal democracy you call the state, the state asks the neighbor to respect your property, if the neighbor doesn't, the state can use force. Situation is resolved. how does that work elsewise? Whoever can pay for the better security force wins?
@fanooch14 жыл бұрын
Because thats not anarchism. If we form a group of 10 people and select one person to uphold the "laws" we create, we now have a political class. It the creation of bureaucracy that creates the problems we are seeing.

@@fanooch1 that's fine, but what I'm trying to get a picture of is what Malice's anarchistic society looks like if there is no recourse to the law, then it seems there is recourse instead to strength --- disputes are resolved in favor of the guy with the bigger security force does he suggest some more nuanced replacement, or is he just in favor of a more strength driven society? If he lays this out anywhere I'd love to read/watch it, because I've seen a bunch of his videos and I'm still not sure if he has a political philosophy or if he just harps on the anarchism thing because it's entertaining (and nothing wrong with being entertaining)

In the first half of the 20th Century, the UK had two full generations of young men wiped out. Nearly every last man of courage and iron went to fight and die in two world wars. What remained was largely a nation of scared, beaten-down subjects who were hell-bent on running from anything remotely arduous. Ambition requires a certain level of suffering, and the Brits who could handle such a challenge had been sent into the meat grinder.

@@JackTheMimic Establishment is not perfect. There is no system in this world that we could call perfect. In the end all systems of rule become establishment. Voting is one answer to how do we have a say in our future and take part in forming that future. History has shown how all kinds of oppressive kingdoms and other oppressive systems were tried and overthrown over and over again. So we invented something else that would give the masses some control over their lives and democracy has worked fairly well in that regard. If we can improve on it, then we are given an opportunity through changing laws by voting on them. Back when dynasties and kingdoms or dictatorships were thought to be the only way to bring more civilization to the common man, the populations were not given a say. Of course eventually power hungry folks get into the part about changing laws and they wish to have the power in their hands so they manipulate the system. However, we can vote them out and I intend to vote every last crooked representative out during our local votes. This is what voting is for. Don't dismantle the system, change things from the lowest on up. Research these people who want to be representatives and impose your own vote against or for them. You make a statement when you vote and the parties hear them when they begin losing the majority or gaining. This is why we don't just sit back and let others steer. We vote for laws and representatives who can change the landscape.

@@Potemkhris obviously one should always look out for themselves and their own families first, but sticking our heads in the sand about those in power trying to control our lives is extremely dangerous. If the baby boomer/post WW2 generation had given a bit of a damn about the country and the future of their children, the seeds of destruction that were sown at that time could have been rooted out and stopped immediately. Unfortunately, the boomer generation opted to ignore the obvious danger and now the seeds have grown into something that will inevitably destroy the US within the next decade. Michael is great and there’s many more like him trying to do the same thing. Time for people to wake up. It’s not like at this point they aren’t basically clubbing people in the head on national TV.
@deniseberesford5844 жыл бұрын
Exactly and people from all the categories "they" like to place us in and train us to put ourselves in so that we are divided and so weakened, need to wake up. All you have to look for is where houses are on fire. Those places/people/corporations etc. with no fires (difficulties) are the ones creating the fires for everyone else.

@amorfati49274 жыл бұрын
@@thelawfus The one that really sticks out to me I listen to a lot is Eric July (YoungRippa59). He has been talking about this kind of stuff for a lot of years. He is black which is only relevant because he does not hold back at all when calling this stuff out and probably gets more leeway because of his skin color. He uses the phrase “You’re a #%^*ing loser” a lot which cracks me up but is definitely in context. Such as “if you’re a white person and you’re apologizing to other people for the color of your skin, you’re a #%^*ing loser.” He has no time for “identities.” So he uses that no holds barred kind of attitude but also brings a lot of historical context into his reasoning for taking said stance. Same as Michael Malice. Understanding that some people you will just never be allies with and they’re never going to understand or break out of “the matrix” so use your time and resources wisely. Some people there is just no hope for. Like I said that’s the one I point out because he is very clearly apolitical and considers himself an anarchist as well where some people claim to be but they’re really just using a label for cover of what they are. I think someone like James Lindsey use to consider himself on the left but is definitely claiming to be and in his stances is more apolitical. He’s also pretty great because he’s getting more into the “suffer no fools” category.

Sadly alot of people arent going to wake up. Its a cliche term but they ARE sheep, so they will just go with the path of least resistance. For instance alot of people who are leftist here in the state's hate the woke BS but they will only say that in private and then tow the line in public. Its up to those of us who arent cowards to affect the culture and bring back rational thinking then they will ultimately fall in line once the culture shifts.

@michaelm36913 жыл бұрын
@@terencedonovan5254 Not entirely. On average, around 80 pct of all women have passed their genes throughout history. For men, it's only 40 pct, and if you're a social outcast, that ratio plummets further. A 100.000 years ago, this was balanced out by other factors, like performance. If you were a great hunter or tool builder, everyone else could see and appreciate it, and both your status and ego would go up. You'd have to severely fuck up socially, for a tribe to stop appreciating one of their most valuable contributors. So, you'd get laid. Today, your social status and ego is far more disconnected from your performance and there's no tribe to appreciate your contribution. The whole process has become disconnected and men have no idea what women find attractive. At the same time, their ego has been reduced, the sexual market place is more challenging than ever, at least during their formative years, and you face drastic social consequences at the whims of irrational people. This means, the average man will instinctively try to appease these whims, so he can pass on the genes. Unfortunately, that doesn't actually work since this is one of those areas where our genes haven't caught up with the drastic changes of society. An example is women's irrational standards, driven by a feminist discourse and dating sites. If she - wrongfully - thinks she can get the chieftan, you're not going to get laid by acting like the dude in fear of her.

I no longer trust any part of the establishment (haven't done for many years really), but more than that, I have absolutely no interest in what they have to say. I am English and have only realised this last year as a 59 year old female retired lawyer and English teacher, who, again up to this year, liked the royal family and had played the game trying to make excuse for its shortfalls etc (cognitive dissonance) that I am in fact an anarchist. I do not want to play "their" game and want no part of it as the snake is toxic from head to tail. Ballless Johnson and Pratt Nocock and all their cronies need to stand trial ASAP a trial of a people's court, not an establishment court and that's just our country. I know the rot goes deeper, but we have to start somewhere and start somewhere soon.

@deniseberesford5844 жыл бұрын
@@legalfictionnaturalfact3969 No. I only recently retired following cancer treatment. I have been fighting "the system" for years. My clients and students loved me and were probably the reason I was employed and not sacked, because my employers weren't so keen. I was always that child who wanted to know why. I never liked to be told what to do, but responded differently when asked to do something and given good reasons and explanations why something was necessary. I had a difficult journey with my cancer treatment as I researched for myself and knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want. Clearly not what the doctors are used to. They are used to being obeyed and not questioned. I got what I wanted but not without a fight. I started a cancer support group and started questioning myself again as the other members had had a smoother ride on their journey. None of them where quite satisfied though. I thought it was because I was awkward and difficult, but no, it was just because I wasn't prepared to be a good little girl and do exactly what I was told and when. I cared for my elderly parents to the end whilst still working and with a family. I had to fight for their health care. I've seen how our elderly are treated in hospital. I wasn't prepared to accept it. I've never just accepted any of it. I don't accept garbage from idiots, just because they have a title, letters after their name or went to a posh school or university. I've taught people with learning difficulties who are way less ignorant that the people trying to run my life. I just didn't have one of those nice little labels for myself until very recently. I'm and anarchist and proud of it. Oh and I never judge anyone until I get to know more about them and their circumstances.

We have a system with the most promise whether one party or the other is in charge. And we have recourse when things get too imbalanced on one side or the other. We can revert to dictatorships or monarchies or parlimentary systems. But none will be perfect. It's up to us to smooth out the kinks in our system through voting laws and changing representatives. What went out of balance was Trump's version which made us all put blame for his manipulations on each other. When violence is the first response, civility does not return until the violent have lost power, killed their opposition, or died. The hypocrisy we're seeing now from our government, legacy media, the corporate world, and just about everyone in a position of authority makes me angry, frustrated, and worried. I enjoy seeing bad, sanctimonious people trolled and ridiculed, but there has never been an instance in history (that I know of) where people with this much power have given even a tiny fraction of it up without conflagration and bloodshed on an epic scale. As the father of a ten year-old, I don't know what to do. In 1930's Germany, you could have run to America if you were lucky enough to see the writing on the wall in time. Now, I really don't know where we can run to. If freedom dies in America, where will it still live?
