I don't understand whenever it comes to women achievers, why the interviewer asks " what would you like to say to other women?" or makes statements like inspiration to other women and completely exclude the fact that there could be men as well who can be and are inspired by them. these kind of questions and statements are very limiting for women in the capacity of their talent and evaluation of their work and achievements.
