First off ,I think your head replacement is a absolute winner..Mezco should have done that from the start...only thing i would have done , heating with cardboard tabs all the way around the kneck piece to protect the pleather cape...you might find over time that the cape will peel in the heated area first ..thanks for the share..catch ya!!

Cardboard...that's a great idea. I'll definitely remember that for the future, thanks. Well hopefully I didn't do any damages to the pleather. 🤞 and yea I wish mezco Head sculpts were better, but I am glad for muff toys.

That always bugs me with Mezco,why they don't just go for it with their headsculpts!,i know they do mostly comic figures & the few movie figures also & while they can be good sculpts they're not totally on point!,good video 👍🏾

I didn't want to undo the cape off this one since it's stitched on. At least not at the moment, I am ok with the mezco cape. I might give that muff cape to a different batman, not sure yet

Yea I was a bit shocked by that too, usually the cape goes with the cowl
