Modified 670cc V twin gets 22mph with 4 people using Mud-Skipper base model surface drive mud motor

As the video mentions, the boat is a 1432 and the engine is a modified 670 cc V twin
Owner of the boat gets an unverified 32 mph solo and 22 mph with four people on board.
This surface drive mud motor is the 22 hp base model which is direct drive. It has no clutch or neutral or reverse. 
Kit cost is $1799 plus tax and shipping.
Customer supplied his own engine and modifications.
Propeller is the stock 10 inch stainless steel
This kit has a short shaft or tall shaft transom option
Kit weighs 110 pounds plus the weight of the engine, so likely around 220lbs altogether
