Modified Curbtender PowerPak Garbage Truck

Here is truck 130249, one of the 2021 Curbtender Inc. PowerPak garbage trucks that Phoenix recently put into use. This particular truck is the only jumbo PowerPak the city has with shorter grippers. This truck actually has 2 left side grippers which are identical to each other instead of the original grippers the truck came with. 249 use to smash cans, but it appears that this modification to the grippers was for the better. It is the most gentle PowerPak I have seen in the city.
Each one of the Curbtender PowerPaks Phoenix ordered are full of individual personality, which is a blast to watch. This truck has a slower arm, a hard time packing, and I noticed it to be jerky when turning. What are your thoughts on this unit?

Nice work! This modification definetliy makes this truck more interesting. It's really smooth and those FA and NB rehrigs perfectly fit in the grips.

Ya that is what I was surprised about. The area has a lot of broken cans so it was nice to see both the new and old ones handled well

It was one of the first PowerPaks delivered so they were likely testing out the shorter ones
