Modify Holes of an STL Model

hmm... why I cannot find the operation cut when doing extrude? Only New Body is allowed🤔

Nevermind I solved my issue. I didn't realise "Surface Extrude" (Orange) was a different function to "Solid Extrude" (Blue) and I was in the wrong tab.

Great - but how do you turn it back into an stl file?

Find the body in the browser on the left. Right click on the name of the body. From the pop up menu select "Save As STL". The same works with components but in that case the whole component including all its bodies will be saved to the STL.
