My elbow is clicking when I do bicep curls and it is painful sometimes. I have started to do some of the shoulder pre-primer mobility exercises in Maps Prime every day and am doing some static stretches on my forearm each day as my job requires me to sit at a desk all day! I don't know any wrist mobility exercises. Any recommendations? I can't deadlift as it aggravates my elbow, and I am listening to your advice to let the elbow heal. What should I replace deadlift with? Would hip thrusts be ok? So am still working the same body part with no elbow or grip strength required?

that's what i did and i assume many other lifters who've been at this for awhile. got maps aesthetic - it's awesome but it is kicking my ass, in a good way. seeing some nice gains and currently on the phase 1 week 3. looking forward to the hypertrophy phase coming up next
