আমরা বিদেশে এত কষ্ট করে টাকা ইনকাম করে যখন কোন এজেন্সিতে টিকেট কিনতে যাই মূল টিকেট ফেয়ারের চেয়ে বাংলাদেশী টাকায় দশ থেকে পনের হাজার টাকা বেশি। কেন আমরা এই টাকা মধ্যসত্তভোগিদের দিব? তারা যেই টাকা কমিশন পায় সেটা অনলাইনে ছাড় দিয়ে দেন। তাহলে আমরা অন্য কোন বিমানে টিকেট না কেটে আমার দেশের টাকা আমার দেশের বিমানে দিলাম। বড় কষ্ট হয় যখন আমার দেশের বিমানে আমরা টিকেট কিনতে না পেরে অন্য কোন দেশের বিমানে টিকেট কাটি। আমার টাকা আমি অন্য দেশকে দিয়ে দিচ্ছি। এই ডিজিটাল যুগে এসে যখন সব কিছুই অনলাইনে তখন শুধু মাত্র এই অপশনটি না থাকাটা এটা মানায় না।

Also, if we wanted to upgrade from economy to Economy premium or business class, how do we do this and how much will this cost in pound, £?

Seat selection service is already available in website and mobile apps. You can choose your own seat while booking from www.biman-airlines.com or Mobile App: "BIMAN". Seat upgradation fees depends on availability.

Sorry for delay sir. To be honest date change facility has its impacts on availability, ticket fare, refund issue and some other technical reasoning. But rest assured that we are making progress to resolve this. As soon as possible, we hope to make this feature available to our customers.

@@BimanBangladeshAirlines-biman We earn money abroad so much hard, when we go to buy tickets in an agency, the price is ten to fifteen thousand in Bangladeshi taka more than the original ticket fare. Why do we give this money to middlemen? The money they get as commission is discounted online. Then we gave my country's money to my country's plane without buying a ticket for any other plane. It is a big trouble when we cannot buy a ticket on the plane of my country and buy a ticket on another country's plane. I give my money to other countries. In this digital age when everything is online, it's just not enough to not have this option.
