I work for Mazda and I tell people about the absolute attention to detail in our cars because of the pride Japanese workers take in the finished product. It truly is remarkable just how humble, kind, and helpful they seem to be.

Japanese guys with R34 M-Specs will let you sit in the car and tell you what you want to know about it. Everyone appreciates everyone else’s car. The Stagea community is all about hanging out together and meeting up.

That last day where the wheels wouldnt fit wasnt a waste. You are in Japan, an awesome country. Working on your favorite cars, with awesome people. Each day, weather everything goes right or wrong, is a part of an incredible journey. Love the car and video keep it up!

I had the same experience with Japanese Culture and how kind they are as you did Mickey. It was absolute culture shock when I had to walk past road work on a sidewalk. The entire crew stopped working, bowed to me, and escorted me and my friend around the work zone. This work zone wasn't big at all and I could have easily walked past it without ever making eye contact with them. But they made sure to escort us. It was insane.

This is one of the best builds in a long time. 1) not another WRX. 2) I lived in Japan and always wanted a stagea 260RS. Hell, I would have taken a RWD one with with an RB25 and a manual. This build tugs at my heart. Love it!

This is what I admire about Japan! People take pride in their work and actually care. The fact that they stayed late to make sure you have proper tires so you are safe on the road speaks volumes. I can't wait to visit that country!

The night out driving and parking with the other cars was great. The feeling of being around others who get that you can just go for a drive to feel happiness. Such an awesome thing. The level of obsession I have with wanting to go to an UP!Garage is unreal 😍😩 I want to just walk around one for hours while drooling all over myself. Love the stagea so far, and the gold RGII look really really good. I know the chrome will fit the cars style and look better though. Definitely say that because the chrome setup is more my style haha would kill to import an older stagea and do an R32 GT-R front clip version skyline wagon 🤤 dump it on some rebuilt, deep af, full brushed Nismo LMGT2, retrofit the r32 BN Sports kit, wrap it black, and have a super rad drift wagon 😍🤌🏼

As someone that lives in Japan I can say upgarage is the bomb! I live on Okinawa (not mainland japan) but we have one small store here and even for being small they always have something I want/need! And that gold coffee is the best! Drink it damn near every day

Japanese take pride in everything they do, whether sweeping floors, building cars, etc. they are just unmatched when it comes to work and work ethic. They also truly care for their fellow man and woman. Beautiful!! The stagea looks so so good!! I was looking at one online today for sale here on the east coast, this just really makes me want to buy it, so thanks for that lol!!!!
