Jayson is a phenomenal coach and individual…I’m a US Navy guy who’s played golf for 40+ years and hover around a 10 hcp. I’ve had both hips replaced, shoulder surgery, and back issues…I hired Jayson as a coach for exactly his background, after hearing his story on Chasing Scratch, because every other coach I’ve had tried to make me do things my body can’t do! Jayson started day 1 with doing ROM and a flexibility assessment, then put together a plan within the possible. I noticed immediate results. I only got to work with Jayson for a short time due to moving on military orders and losing access to my launch monitor (Jayson is in Canada!), but just in those few sessions we had, my swing has been transformed more than any other coach I’ve had. My driver has improved and my iron play is now hovering around a 7 hcp…if not for my absolutely trash putting, I’d be a mod single digit HCPer…

Jayson is such a great guy. I took lessons with him through the Skillest app. Give that a look. I too chose him for his military background being a Navy vet myself.

Love that! So important to assess what a golfer can physically do before teaching. And agree, Jayson is a terrific - and inspiring - person!

Amazing to see instructors working around limitations. I have a left arm that does not go straight. At the elbow it only extends to about 155 degrees. This has also decreased wrist rotations. Any ideas?

What to do if you have injured the left knee?
@MyTPIАй бұрын
Depends on what the injury is? Anything on the lead side is tricky because of how much force we create on lead vs trail (~2:1)
