FM must provide two large road , railway , air, Hydro or Nuclear infra projects to Andra and Bihar . Along substantial interest free assistance Loan to both states. Higher allocation for aayushman , MNGRA, to these states. Open a central refinery in both these states. Assist start two closed central or state manufacturing unit in Bihar . Start a mega water port project in AP along with higher allocation for ISRO in AP site. All these assistance from centre will make these states grow economically .
