This system can also be used as a mechanical zero point clamping system for quick fixture change with 0.005 mm accuracy. Compact in size and completely modular, this versatile clamping system allows easy height adjustment by coupling the modules. The modular 5-axis clamping system is designed to eliminate tool interference as the workpiece is machined. The pins or screws can be attached to the underside of a plate or a workpiece for a standardized locating base on the position of the clamps.
