Yeah Rosa pretty good just her range alone is great since you can attack enemies way before they start moving which are usually heavy

I really dislike the RES spiral we're going down. Enemies gain more RES, so operators get RES ignore, so enemies gain even more RES. The only difference is that we're being sucked dry of mats.

released just as Seige became great again, on a side note ive rarely found Rosa underwhelming cause i main Zima and a SURPRISING amount of enemies are 3 weight. only when ranged titles are super limited and in ackward spots like in stultifera navis.
