This is my family home. My dad built it in 1968 and we sold it after my mom passed away in 2022 at age 101. My home was a warm, loving place filled with beautiful memories. It’s not abandoned and we are sick to our stomachs that this guy and his accomplices broke into film it let alone fabricate a story of SA of children that he states took place here. We are proceeding with charges along with the new owners. Thank you for your video Beardo. This Moe character needs to be dealt with immediately. He mentions this piece of garbage is a Canadian billionaire and that Drake's house is just down the street. Fortunately, we know where Drake's Toronto mansion is. It's not hard to find. Checking out the area on Google Maps yes, there IS a boarded up, presumably abandoned house on the same road, but it looks nothing like that except that it's relatively small compared to the rest of the houses around it. The poor taste aside (which you're completely correct on), he's definitely... let's say "misrepresenting" which house he's in.

Another issue is, he's played this house off as a no**e house, and people could easily target and attack the property thinking it's where terrible things happened and ruin the new owners life, especially financially having to completely re-decorate or rebuild parts that have been vandalised. We've seen it many times, that's why usually the houses of sick people are demolished not only because who wants to buy and live in a house like that, but to protect the memories of victims.

I used to watch Moe but his content, especially this one is quite low-brow. I'm also Canadian from the same province as Moe, only a couple of hours away but do not support this type of capitalization on others' suffrage. It's so cringe, even for him. Moe did not have the made for entertainment purposes years before. Moe has faked a lot of his videos. One is when he was with Sam and Colby in California and they went to an “abandoned” train station. They damaged a couple of trains but it turned out that it was a place that trains were together as a place where visitors are a loud to visit old and rare trains. He had to take that video down and this was about 5 years ago. And let’s not talk about the video that he caught his “ghost” but it was his friend that did not move after making noise

Hi Beardo, I’m relatively new to your channel. The first poltergeist movie was filmed in Simi Valley, California in a very small tract of homes. I know this, because my brother-in-law lived at the end of the street where this was filmed off Tapo Canyon. Many of the interior shots were filmed on stage. The owners of the house were they filmed the exterior and some interior shots also, in the backyard, where the production company had to build a pool, which was done extremely fast, and the pool had many problems. Also, the streets were used in front of the house where they made , the poltergeist come up from the street. So I’m not sure, with this interior, this guy is showing.
