I noticed when I was preying today that if I over exaggerate the words and roll the R's in the words, my whole head vibrates. @@Noeralearning It’s good it gives you an edge. But it’s also important to release naturally with your partner. Don’t go to extremes. I was doing this way before the internet nofap became a thing it’s only years later because of KZbin and Reddit I discovered I wasn’t alone and got the deeper detail of it. To keep the constant glow you have to release on cycle twice or once a month with spouse. If you just keep retention for the sake of it the glow eventually disappears; skin, hair, eyes. You have to release with partner so, your body creates and anticipates the next release it creates a bigger pool of energy. Body isn’t stupid it adapts if you don’t use it you lose it. This is from my personal experience and before marriage I was doing it months on end eventually you peak and it becomes unhealthy so, the excess gets rid in wet dreams or in sleep. It’s more important to guard the privates and lower gaze. The oil in the groin trickles to upper organs which opens up door and other senses. It amplifies the prayers, supplication and Zikr. It’s almost like an extra antenna to gain greater blessings. The subjective experiences best not to tell anyone because that blessings is for the individual to experience and know. And yes if you attempt to tell others they will think your nuts 💯

I was thinking of what you mentioned in your video and I think it’s a cure for people that have fear, anxiety, depression, etc. For example someone that has a fear of heights....they are thinking in their head and out of their head that they are so high up, if they think of their glands by their gut and focus on it and thank Allah for their gut glands they will begin to feel grounded. We do not have Yoga but we do have Salah but both seek to ultimately experince union with the most high God. Similarities tbh are uncanny. They believe in chakras we call it Lataif but it's the same thing. Sumerians, Akkadians and Mesopotamia were originally monotheistic. Prophets same stories and messages. Hinduism has an aspect of not making images of there God. The Vedas, Bhaga Vad Gita texts are inclined towards Monotheism. Look up Krishna very similar to Prophet Musa as stories inception. Krishna was born his father Vasudev carried him across the Yamuna in a reed basket. Hence both babies were separated from their natural mothers due to an eminent threat on their lives and both babies undertook this journey on a river in a basket. All the ancient holy books belong to monotheism Because it’s the same God. This just confirms it is the original religion one God etc. The stories have a uncanny resemblance because it’s the same reminder. Zoroaster=Prophet Ahriman=Devil Ahura Mazda=God Monotheism came before Polytheism. You go to every country in the world every tribe and peoples they all have traditional beliefs of multiple Gods. Many Gods but always one supreme God. in-sync with the Islamic texts but originally Mankind was on pure Monotheism the original religion one God but overtime after they differed amongst themselves. 5 pillars are the foundation. Based on my experience we should go above and beyond as well as meticulous to really make a strong connection with Allah. And for me Zikr was the key which you could say unlocked this personal connection with Allah because my Soul did indeed yearn for it. From there manifestations took place in the physical and spiritual as well as good dreams but the tests don’t stop nevertheless. We gain light through various means supplication, prayer, good deeds and good actions which in turn opens up doors such as the spiritual senses to higher self and or other doors of blessing. ​@@ReachMohammed what people fail to realise is to practice things in its moderation. When you cleanse your negative emotions (body stores trauma) you automatically feel enlightened and grounded. You become ONE with yourself. Mind, body, soul approach. For eg, let's say as a child you were constantly slapped every time you spoke your truth. So what happens as you age is the throat area becomes blocked, some people tense and freeze up. I think people become to hyper and quick to label things without looking at context. In fact islamically it's encouraged to cleanse your heart (heart chakra). No idea if i went off topic, but awesome video brother.

Now when we have microscopes and telescopes our vision has broadened and we can see signs of Allaah everywhere . In atom , in electrons , in our bodies , in universe, in galaxies etc etc etc SubhaanAllaah The podering is a rewarding phenomenon . Allaah says in surah ale Imran last rukoo , indeed in the creation of skies and earth and of day and night there are signs for wise..............until end SubhaanAllaah what you are doing is also pondering.
