Hey thanks! I have been wondering how muddy it is up there. I will be headed that way soon on my Rim2Rim2Rim trip. (Mog, S and N Rims) Def will be up there on a Monday ha. Hope your ankle is on the mend. Peace! Edit: thanks for picking up the trash! Grrrr!

It was muddy when I arrived, but when I left, it had dried out. That was 10 days ago. Have fun on your Rim2Rim2Rim. That's no easy feat.

@@socalvanlife so I did not do the R2R2R as it was too cold for my liking at the N Rim. Camped on Rd 9350 site 16 the week before Memorial weekend. The first thing I noticed after the view was the trash. Yikes. I cleaned up the broken beer bottles and trash and picked up a dozen or so plastic bags along the rd. There was a lot of trash down the cliff I could not access but wanted to. Probably the dirtiest campsites I have ever seen, especially in a Nat Forest. Maybe if they had a trash bin somewhere, anywhere, people would be more inclined to use, however still no excuse for littering. Off to the N Rim for me soon, skipping the S as I have camped there 2 times before. Peace!
