Which to go for houdini ryzen 9 7950x or intel 9 13900k?

Depends if you're gonna be doing multi or single threaded tasks. Ryzen for multi tasks, Intel for single. At least that's the standard rule of thumb. But, both are great, can't really go wrong there.

Thank you, But how if the noise come from texture image sequences, for examples I want imported animated black white textures created from after effects

I was actually thinking of doing that tutorial, gimme 2 days...you would basically texture the grid and use the black/white/grey values to extrude
