This is such a great song. They find this scale/riff that just grips you by your aorta. You're hypnotized into this type of floating contentment that you think couldn't possibly get any better. Then that "whooooo" organ comes in, and then it builds and builds, and it explodes into this immolating bliss.

This is so reminiscent of the Mogwai that so beckoned me in in the late 90s with Young Team. That slow build up leading into a crescendo of noise. Then the long calm down. So Satan, so fucking good!!

Good to hear they helped you make it through whatever crap the world threw at you, I'm recovering from a massive stroke at the moment, lost pretty much everything, and listening to Mogwai is slowly rebuilding my personality and giving me a reason to keep going.
