Lots of potential there! He just needs more experience because he goes down way too often and tries to tackle almost every time which some of the elite CB's don't do. He did that vs Tottenham and it backfired badly, soon the best attackers will take note and start playing to it more. If he was partnered up with somebody like Thiago Silver it would do the world for him, just look at Rudiger now. Even next VVD, experienced CB he could learn off and Salisu will become one of the best!

Lol the one against Tottenham was once .doesn't really make those untimely challenges in the penalty area. Every defender would atleast once or twice or many other times. Southampton are a mistake team and only conceded from the penalty spot once this season and it was against Tottenham.
