So basically you just wrote Mohd. Hijab's name and then end up dissing Islamabad. Everyone has their own views, for people who love greenery, they always vouch for Islamabad and for the ones who like historical places/food etc. usually vouch for Lahore. Every city has its own qualities.

Seriously Detroit and Beverly hills? Sister I couldn't see this anymore because most respectfully you're out of your mind. Islamabad has its issues but is has tons of pluses too. It's a perfectly decent city of you can afford. One of our top bosses based in Virginia seriously considered moving here a few years back. I'm just shocked knowing Detroit has been trashed over the decades. And that's only comparison you could find. Very terrible way to think.

Wild that people can make recommendations like this. Hijab was referring to those performing Hijra - Islamabad is categorically the best option in Pakistan unless you have family ties to the other cities, but even then it’s debatable whether those other cities would be more suitable. And for south Asians the language and cultural alignment trumps Dubai. Love that the nature of Islamabad is completely written off because, and I’m assuming here, you can’t take get the quality of Insta pics for social media clout. 400kms to Lahore from Islamabad too, not difficult. Plus if you want history, Rawalpindi is on Islamabad’s doorstep.

I watched the whole video and still couldnt figure out which point of Muhammad Hijab is wrong All youre talking about is that Lahore is good (irrelevant), Islamabad is boring (so are you), there are monkeys (🤦♂)... What else? Islamabad rhymes with "Islam is bad", thats why Muhammad Hijab is wrong?

I agree that Karachi is a confusing city. It has a lot of amenities if you have money. If you can adore to live in emmar towers or bharia town you will have a filtered Karachi experience and will frankly love it. Similar to speaking to two people from LA. One lives in skid row, the other in Beverly Hills. Depending on who you talk too, you’ll get there experiential opinion.

He is talking about Islamabad as a place to live for expats and non tax residents. Yes it does not have the public transport or many amenities but it is still a great place to live for anybody who has a stead and secure stream of income elsewhere in west. For example, a customer of our company who was born and raised in London and has 2 daughters of age 10 and 12 , packed up and moved to Islamabad 4 years ago and has not been back to the best of my knowledge. Expats live in sticks of Spain, Turkey and even Russia or not so developed areas of eastern Europe. When you start comparing the amenities , infrastructure and finer details, nobody should be living in eastern Europe of Balkan countries and yet the trend is visible. So I will dare say that the comparison you are making is very basic and very surface. VIBE FOR DAYS is not and should not be a criteria. Not everybody is looking for an urban jungle and a place of rat race with a lot happening. So i'll say Hijab is right and you are not.

i was born and raised in Doha, Qatar and moved back to Pakistan at the age of 22 and now im 26, let me tell you Pakistan has way more to offer compared to the gulf. (i cant compare it to the west since ive never been there) i don't know your personal life, experience or your background but im guessing that has alot to do with your opinion about ISB. maybe don't make such sweeping statements with such confidence as they make you less credible. having experienced both, my life in Qatar was what would most call perfect, it was luxurious, there were no apparent problem, every small thing was taken care of by the company my dad worked for, and when i say everything i mean everything, but i realized it was a bubble and it made me and my siblings weak and over sheltered, then when i moved to pak and started my own business i was exposed to so much here, there is so much diversity in pakistan and so many things you need to take care of, i felt alive. Pakistan helped me see the real face of life and im much happier living in pak and i have realized there is so much opportunity in Pakistan and you can do so much here if you stop making excuses and just work hard. there are so many nuances which i cant go into here but TLDR Pakistan was a better experience compared to gulf (for me....)
