So much misinformation here. In no other field is it normal to "expect" sexual favours as a condition of employment. Cinema field men have exploited this unorganized sector and need to be brought ton task. Many heroines in past, including greats like Urvashi, Sridevi acted from 12-23 years as heroines. What do kids know about perverts? At 6:00, he says no Tamil actresses exist or come to act. That is not true. In B&W era, Tamil women acted. It is to do with being given chances. A Tamil is delegated to side roles in Tamil cinema.
