Hello, HungryHeads!
In this video, I bring something that I have never before. Flying Duck is a restaurant in Pune that caters a niche market in the city.
Two of my favourite dishes here were the shredded duck and Tonkotsu Ramen.
The duck with tossed vegetables was succulent, bouncy and absolutely a delight to chew on.
The Tonkotsu Ramen was the highlight of the lunch, with a miso broth, bouncy noodles, fresh juiliannes of vegetables and last but not the least, the chuncky pieces of pork!
This one is a rare find!
