Sir, if you take student on basis on their income. Then In Navodaya Dakshana Entrance, you should allow students of JNV to give exam who are poor. As if you allow rich student also. Then it will demotivate them as even though they do well in exam. Isn't it??

Just because someone gets the opportunity to become a doctor or whatever due to affirmative does not translate he/she will not be the best at the job. The objective of affirmative action is to even the playing field for the disenfranchised in society. Which sadly have been misinterpreted by Universities as meeting a quota of blacks in their schools..knowing damn well that should not be the case.
