Moist Carrot Cake/ homemade carrot cake

ingredients:
Moist Carrot Cake
21/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon powder
4 medium eggs
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated carrots ( 1/4 kilo)
1 orange / ponkan ( 1/4 cup juice with pulp)
Baked in pre heated oven 180'C for 1 hour
( note that baking time vary on the type of oven you are using. Adjust the temperature as needed and time of baking as well.
