I followed this recipe and it was amazing my cupcakes were really soft although they weren't very moist. but everyone liked it. I didn't add vinegar but it was still amazing. Thank you for the recipe 💓

I would recommend to decrease sugar quantity it turned out super sweet I would recommend instead of adding 200 grm sugar add 150-160 or 140 if you are topping it with whip cream

Does skipping the vinegar make a difference in moistness ?

If you skip the vinegar then you have to switch from baking soda to baking powder. You could also use lemon juice instead of vinegar in order to get the correct acid and base reaction for proper rising. Baking soda always requires an acid to properly activate it. Baking powder already has acid which is activated by the liquids you use.

@@mysteriousgirl05689hey, i think i just used the cheap store brands. Like tesco/aldi brand etc. i made these a while ago so cant remember but i’ve made them a couple of times and they always turn out good as long as you follow each step accurately

Great recipe. I cut the sugar in half and used monk fruit. Cake flour instead of AP and added in some chocolate chips into the mix. Turned out well. Still a bit sweet for me due the choc chips.

I MADE THIS!!! baked them in the air fryer for 160 c for 11 minutes~ i mixed in some chocolate chips and they're soooo good! So moist too! The sugar amount scared me but they're not too sweet. Thanks for the recipe~

I tried this cupcake recipe and its full proof! The cakes were soooo moist, creamy and melted in mouth. I cut small cadbury pieces and put on top while baking and that added extra taste as molten chocolate, same as choco lava cake! Made 3 batches of 30 cupcakes and my mother loves to have them everyday!! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!

2023. Tried this today. Very easy. I think the coco powder is too much. 😆 but I am surprised that there is no baking powder needed. And the muffins/cup cake actually rise pretty high. Good recipe.
