Most productive thing you can do is MSQ, since most content is gated behind it. Leave sidequests for alt jobs and/or sitting in queues, unless they're the blue ones indicating they unlock something. General combat advice: keep your gcd rolling, don't sit on cooldowns/abilities. They're meant to be used. Arcanist/Summoner is getting a major overhaul in a month, so don't feel pressure to master it. There are good guides for it like Akh Mourning.

MQS first, sidequests second. Learn to play well with your class/job before trying another. Focus on one thing at a time, don't overdo yourself.

Enjoy the ride, play through the msq, pick up some battle jobs and trade jobs that sound cool to you, keep up with their respective quest line, find a fun FC or play solo. If you want to find out what side quests are worth it there are multiple youtubers to help with that. Just enjoy yourself and do what you like.

Don't ignore your class quests either! A great discord server to check out for mastering classes is called "The Balance," but Summoner is getting reworked for Endwalker so I would learn it for the time being but no pressure to master it, like Japery said above. Summoner feels pretty underwhelming until level 60 imo. Also, you can ignore every side quest in the game that isn't blue colored. MSQ and dungeons will get you the levels you need! Blue quests unlock things like emotes, dungeons, activities and trials. If you play on Crystal data center and need more advice let me know, I have all jobs at 80
