Hey is anybody else having the issue of blood echoes not spawning after you die? Like the bloodstain never appears? I’ve collected my echoes 1 time after dying and it hasn’t worked since. Even with the latest update.

yeah it happens. So just don't die I guess, even though they'd pin you to a wall and stun lock you to death sometimes so you can't really avoid dying.
