If you could create the best fruit cake what would it be? I imagined it like this:
I thought that a delicate pastry cream enriched with mascarpone cheese, the softest pie crusts I've ever made and a mix of wonderful fresh fruit must be a hit.
I decorated it with a fine cheese and lemon cream, which not only serves as a decoration, but is also extremely tasty.
You don't know what's better about this cake, each part if eaten alone would be heaven for the palate, and just imagine what it's like when combined into one cake.
