Imagine if there was a community made item where it works like the wind charge enchantment where if you hit an enemy while airborne. Jumpmann Juggle Upside - Launch yourself and the enemy up when landing a successful airborne hit. - Successful airborne hit always mini crit. Downside - 15% Less damage when on the ground. (This either will be in the Primary or Melee slot)

Another way you can affect the world in spectator is by putting items in dropper. You can access their inventory by right clicking while clipping inside the block. I don’t know how long it’s been a thing, but it works on current release Java. (As of right now)

Actually, I knew it for a long time already, that you can enchant things with lvl 0. It makes a nice little flavour for things, when you want to spice up items for villager trades, or other custom items.

You can't go past 255 even with nbt explorer, because variable storing enchantment level is an unsigned 8 bit which means it can store values from 0-255. Signed 8 bit integer would hold values from -127 to 127. Back in older version enchantment level variable used to be signed 16 bit integer allowing you to go from -32767 to 32767. So the only way to go past 255 is to modify minecraft's source code to make that variable 16/32/64/128 bit. If you set it to unsigned 128 bit integer max enchantment level would be: 340282366920938463463374607431768211456 (i dont even know what that number is called lol)
