Realtor here, yes normal to have a "work phone" paid for separately on your own. Most realtors are independent workers and just have an overhead agency to monitor practices. Now do i think he was cheating? Oh absolutely haha

This has to be rage bait, the guise was broken WAY too early. He didnt back himself into a corner. He will gaslight and say he was making conversation, or making sure that the place she wants to inquire about is suitable to I dont know, maybe her needs in terms of maybe she wants a dog, but she cant at this place or IDK! There is just not enough for her to be like wow that left ZERO doubt that somethings going on. Now she is left with more questions IMO.
