Unless they're hooking up with randoms or paid escorts, you'd have to assume there are some feelings that would come into play after a while when there are conversations to be had to plan these hook-ups. For it to be considered 'cheating' is such a fine line when you each are already allowed to be intimate outside of the marriage. Would she be happier if she was asked to join those two for the weekend? 🤔

The thing is there are people who can have sex and not have emotional connection and there are people who ultimately will be emotionally connected and thise 2 kinds of people often times marry each other.

For some of you not in the know, it seems like "Patty" is the type of person who can have sex with someone and it be like a sport or hobby (she can separate romantic feelings from physical pleasure), and I'm thinking she made the assumption her husband could and WOULD do this also. There are multiple types of open relationships that actually do work, but only when you're completely transparent with one another. Patty's marriage could have stood a chance if either or both of these things happened: 1) Patty's husband was open and honest about how things were going with his soon-to-be girlfriend 2) Patty was never naive to the fact that people feel and think differently, even your own husband.

Not at my damn house eithet. Catching feelings is almost inevitable, because if your marriage has gotten to the point where you think allowing outsiders into your marriage, that means you're already emotionally disconnected and when they go have sex with others, they are in an emotionally starved state so of course soneone is going to catch feelings. Would love an update.

Okay so we all know it may be a very slim chance... But there's always a chance of pregnancy ....what happens then?! by the slim chance the person your married to or the person that you're playing with.. say your the wife of the open marriage and your husband truly accidentally gets another girl pregnant( do they become sister wives 😂😂 literally idk.. or are they ok with each other after that... it seems to cancel out some of people rules like the wives being like i dont wanna know details ect...)
