I can remember a few times in 1981 when songs off Healing seemed like gospel to me. Unreal powers at work here.

Richard Wear I am going through the loss of a dear friend and I am grieving something fierce. I swear, I've always thought that this would make a great gospel song, too.

I listened to Healing I, II, and III while laboring...my kid's heart beat had kept slowing down so I "beamed" to him to keep up with the music and it worked :-)

This is one of my all time favorite songs by him. Especially live. It's a Chord progression that only Todd can think of lol...

I think I'm pretty close to that number. Add in the Kasim Sultan Concerts and when Todd played with The Cars.

LOL, quite amazing to see "The Fool" get a quick repair job onstage. That guitar has been in some amazing hands during its life. The story is that Todd bought it for about $500. The last time that it was sold to somebody, it went for $500,000. Would that my guitars appreciated that much in value!

Todd is great. Great band too. Roger Powell is a sadly underrated musician. He is one of my favorite keyboard players

From the album 'Healing.' Seems a funny thing to say but Todd is the most underrated musician ever in the UK, so many people are astonished when I introduce his stuff to them. For me.. he's The Master. By quite some margin. I was incredibly lucky to get into his work years ago. Thank you Todd, still fascinated :)

If I was still in a band I would love to cover this. I met Todd @ a gig I was playing in San Fran. He was checking out a band (I forgot name) to produce I guess, 1987. He was so nice to me (Fan Boy)

I remember this period in my life, it was after I went to see Utopia during the Adventures tour. I must have literally worn the grooves out on this record, I played it so much. Still one of my favorites. I also have this dvd.

Todd is a dichotomy. A hardened liberal, who nearly went to prison for not paying his taxes. Then years later, falsified a loan application and then sues the bank for "allowing" him to falsify it. He tours today because... he needs the money. Go figure.
