The kind of abuse people do with the environment is horrible. the marine life in the river too must be severely contaminated. This river flows thru so many states, cities and villages. i Cannot even imagine the damage this can do in a few months time when these bodies will rot in the river and the toxic water will generate some new disease and effect so many lives.

The govt should just collect all the bodies in one huge ground and burn it all in one go. the air will be bad for a few days but if the river gets poisoned it will take years or decades to get rid of it.

What you trying to communicate taking high moral ground ??. Why not flag bearing in Maharashtra wherein COVID was much more severe.. Why the hell we need such transparency..? Learn from foreign counterparts those despite having question they unconditionally stood with system and helped country in hour of crisis. But these are difficult things to expect . Do not we know under pandemic people will have to die and dead bodies will float in river. Which country in earth has been able to control pandemic historically and globally ? In Italy we witnessed dozens of dead bodies buried together ? In USA even in 2nd wave people died looking for ventilators, Italy people died looking for doctor/ambulance.
