That was one of the best produced demo videos I’ve ever seen.

How a speaker demo should be done.Back to back,same riff,you always know which speaker is playing,easy to skip around,no random blues noodling.Perfect comparison. I have and like the BV25M,can recomend.

That BV30H is sweet. Great alternative to the big C's speakers

Anthem 12" is a great sounding speaker!

Man, that Anthem is really doing it for me.

Nicely done. I have a good inkling about which speakers would likely work well in my different amps.

Hi, you need to compare the same riff with each speaker immediately after the previous speaker. When you play clean and dirty and then switch speakers a person has a hard time remembering what the prior speaker sounded like.

Thanks for the feedback, please use the times codes or chapters provided to switch back in forth to each speaker you want listen.

@@mojotoneofficial Thank you for the reply. Watching KZbin through Roku you don't see the time codes so thank you for the heads up. Now a person can properly compare the speakers!
@XXjg_Ай бұрын
Dude, the clip is time stamped and labeled; you can scroll right to the tones you want to compare. All clean, all dirty, a specific speaker to another, whatever you want, easy.

Thanks for getting back to me. I now know that there are time codes but as I stated, watching through Roku you don't see the time codes and I have noticed through the comments that there are other people that had the same suggestions as to the grouping of the sound samples.

Yeah,I think of all the speaker manufacturers,mojotone has nailed the vintage celestion sound.

I’m excited to try some of these to upgrade my Fender Champ 100 and my Marshall code 25…. I’m tore between the British vintage and the greyhounds!

I would like to hear more examples of clean, crunchy, and overdriven tones. Some lead to get a better idea of what these soeakers do.

I have a quick question for you guys. I have the M, the H and the V. For my medium magnet speakers I use the M and an M creamback. The V and H are my heavy magnet speakers. I don't use a 4x12 though; I use two 2x12s with the M & H paired up for more vintage stuff and the Creamback and V paired up for higher gain. Usually all four are going though. Anyway my question is that, like the Creamback, I was under the impression from the frequency response graph, that the sensitivity of the M was 97 just like the Creamback, and the heavy magnet drivers also matched at around 100. But there are a few places, here ^ included, which say the efficiency of the M is actually 99 -- just like with the Creamback. So I've sent them a question asking which it is, and now I pose the same to you. I know it's somewhat arbitrary since it's a mean, nominal value that could simply indicate higher extension and no more . . . but unfortunately I'm a hifi guy, and we thrive on these figures.

The BV 25M, according to the web site , is 97db, not 99db……..just sayin’!
@leiferickson31832 жыл бұрын
So this says the BV25M is 99dB Efficient but on the Mojo site it is listed as 97dB? Which is right?

Does the aged cone you guys offer make a drastic difference?
@qua7771 Жыл бұрын
I figure they both end up aged after you play them a while.
@northfortyrecords Жыл бұрын
I can hear a pretty big difference in the 'SP' and 'V' versions of the above speakers, which I assume are some of Mojotone's aged cones. They are smoother with less high end frequencies. In this video capture, I personally prefer the regular versions, especially that BV30H - what a great sounding speaker. I suppose if you had a super bright or edgy amp you were pairing with, the aged cones could work well.
