I Just wanna share this ☺️🇵🇭 Philippines being known to have one of the longest celebrations of Christmas in the world, starting from September to second week of January, doing "Caroling", attending 9 straight Night Masses (Simbang Gabi) believing that if we completed all until the Christmas eve, our wishes will be granted. Then after the mass we eat traditional Christmas foods like "puto bumbong" and "bibingka" and the best thing the way we celebrate Christmas is, even without money or traditional Christmas foods, we are still happy as long as the Family is complete and even your a visitor as long as you're with a Filipino Family you will feel like Home. Just sharing ☺️

I would love to go to Philippines one day and now, after reading your comment, I want that day to be during the Christmas season. I've had a Filipino friend and she told me a lot about the culture there. I also follow a few Filipino youtubers and I can't wait to go there. Thanks for sharing your piece! =D

Nothing like Christmas markets in Vienna Austria! Parliament in Vienna is the largest in the world I believe. Absolute winter wonderland! Magical. Complete with an ice skating rink around the entire market. With mulled wine in Santa boot mugs to keep you toasty warm for the adults of course. Wouldn't be Complete without the ferris wheel for all ages. Lights of every shape and size. A choo choo train and a carousel. And of course all of the hand made items along with all sorts of baking delicacies including pretzels of course being sold. Most wonderful place in the whole wide world IMO.The opera house with all the lights across the street. And while your at it they have men dressed as coachman selling tickets for a Mozart concert at the Schrunbrunn palace! Whats a visit to Vienna without seeing a Mozart concert? Don't miss this one! Thanks for the memory! I was there Christmas 2019. Thankfully before covid! Very thankful!! Stay strong Austria 🇦🇹. With love USA 🇺🇸 Can't believe you left this one out

Most Australians don’t go to the beach on Christmas Day, but they do enjoy outdoorsy events and the balmy evenings. For me cold weather does not feel Christmasy at all. Sydney has just had two weeks of very cool weather thanks to a very chill wind, and it has not felt like Christmas at all. However the warmth has now started in time for Christmas

@@brontewcat I find it so ironic warm Christmas is considered "depressing" as if being stuck indoors all day with nothing else but a fireplace isn't lol 😆

@@trini2DBone134 Yes I love our summer Christmas. However I would like to experience a snowy Christmas once. I sort of did back in 1989 when I flew back from Europe via Leningrad just before Christmas. It was still dark at 8.30am and getting dark at 3.30pm, and very cold. You are right that was a bit depressing.

NYC also has Christmas markets in Bryant Park (with a faux plastic ice rink) and Union Square Park. And of course many neighborhoods will have both public and private decorations (Dyker Heights being the most famous, but also the most crowded and congested). The tree at 30 Rock can bring HUGE crowds from the 5th avenue side. Better to come from 6th, from the underground passageways under 30 Rock (though you’ll come out right under the tree), or from both uptown and downtown from the sides.

It is simply very sad. That people forgot what Christmas meaning is. It is related to the birth of Jesus, and that seems to be something that everybody forgot I’m benefit of different myths, and things that are not related at all to Jesus‘s birthday.

The Christian Christmas did what Islam tries to do, hijacking tradition from before any given country became Christian. Christianity is an invasive religion.

So strange that people believed in... Christmas - Jesus was born. Holy week - Jesus died and rose again. Yet does not believed in His Second coming. -this is something we should think about. If you people believe in God and His Son Lord Jesus and want to enter His Kingdom, then you need to live based on what He commanded to the children of Israel. That is to live holy life. Holy life means obedience to the laws and commandments of God. They are written in the Law of Moses, Books of the Prophets and Testimony of the Lord Jesus. Whoever does it is worshipping God in Spirit and in truth. Christmas, thanksgiving, new year, birthday, all celebrations are called pagan celebrations or statutes of the nations. They are called statutes of they are called statues of the world. The Lord God said He abhors pagans for dishonoring His laws and commandments. They follow their own cultures and traditions and forget the holy celebrations of God as the Sabbath, Passover, and Feast of Tabernacle. So He destroys them for committing such thing. Leviticus 18 Do not defile yourselves with any of these things; for by all these the nations are defiled, which I am casting out before you. For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants. You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments. Leviticus 20:23 And you shall not walk in the statutes of the nation which I am casting out before you; for they commit all these things, and therefore I abhor them. Jeremiah 10 Do not learn the way of the Gentiles; Do not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, for the Gentiles are dismayed at them. For the customs of the peoples futile; For he cuts a tree from the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. They decorate it with silver and gold; They fasten it with nails and hammers so that it will not topple. They upright, like a palm tree, and they cannot speak; Lord Jesus did not celebrate any celebration other than what is written in the Law of Moses. Matthew 26:18 And He said, “Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, ‘The Teacher says, “My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at your house with My disciples.' If you value your soul and life, it is better to follow the Lord God than follow man. The Lord God gives life, while man gives nothing but troubles. All they want is money and power, so they sell all these abominable things to get all the riches. The Spirit and the bride Mount Zion, Heavenly Jerusalem Gabriel, an angel of the Lord
