Thank you very much. McLaren has many parts and takes time. But when it is completed, there is a sense of accomplishment. Metro Rally is a kit that I want to build once. I like rally cars!

I need that white plastic tool you use to apply putty, where can this be purchased?
@mokeipaint Жыл бұрын
This putty spatula was attached to the sealer when I bought it. Similar spatulas may be found on Amazon.

Excelente trabajo como siempre!! Que es lo que le agregas a la pintura para darle un acabo tipo gamuza a los asientos?? 7:31
@mokeipaint2 жыл бұрын
Gracias.

@mokeipaint2 жыл бұрын
@@vicm3253 El polvo de bebé es lo mismo que la base plana. La base plana es un polvo llamado sílice al que se añade un diluyente😀

Good evenning, I'm building a Porsche RSR Type 934 tamiya 1/12 and i want know the type of gloss varnish you use? Can you help me for this part of model becaus i search a very gloss varnish for the body and i don't know exactly to take.

Good evening. I use urethane clear. You can buy it at model stores or radio control stores. I recommend you to polish the painted surface of urethane clear with a compound for real cars because it is hard. The finish is Hasegawa ceramic compound.

Hello, what are those little disc that you use before the poly cap at the 11:25? Thanks!
@mokeipaint3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment. 0.2mm spencer. There is a gap in the poly cap, so the wheel will be stable when inserted.

Beautiful work and such attention to detail. it looks as though when you place parts in position that they are press fit. Are you using glue on the parts before you add them, and where the parts have been painted, is the glue able to bond them securely? i have this kit and hope to start it soon. I have subscribed and look forward to the finished product.

Thank you! Uses a rubber adhesive. Does not melt plastic or paint. If you make a mistake, you can peel it off! The brake caliper and rear bulkhead are not glued because the paint is not dry. This kit has many parts and takes time. The parts fit perfectly, so it's fun!
@allanlowe93463 жыл бұрын
@@mokeipaint could you tell me what the rubber adhesive you use is. Do you use that exclusively or thing glue also. I’m intrigued
@mokeipaint3 жыл бұрын
The rubber adhesive is made in Japan and is "Bond G Clear”. It can be used for leather shoes, cloth, and synthetic rubber, and it can also be used for clear parts because it is transparent. Instant adhesive, pouring adhesive, and" Tamiya cement "are also used. Most of the assembly is made of rubber adhesive!

@@mokeipaint Thanks for the info on the Bond G Clear glue, but I have not been able to source it anywhere. I even emailed the makers Konishi but they did not reply to the email. Im really looking forward to your next videos to complete this build and hope they are not too far away. Your work is just perfection.

Thank you! Any rubber adhesive will do. Please ask at Amazon or the store. The next video will be completed in about a week. I'm sorry to have kept you waiting.

What's the powder you paint on the seats?

It is a pigment. You can get it at the art supply store.
